Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

We thank you and appreciate your subscription to Ezee Law (hereinafter referred to as "Ezee Law" or "Platform"), operated by Akshay, Pune, Maharashtra, India. Please read this policy and the Ezee Law Terms and Conditions carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as a subscriber, with respect to any subscription or service you purchase from us.

Ezee Law is a digital subscription platform. Access to features — including AI Legal Q&A, lawyer profiles, legal guides, and case tracking — is granted immediately upon successful payment. Because the service is digital and access is provided instantly upon billing, the following refund conditions apply:

• A refund shall be considered only in the event there is a clear, verifiable technical failure on our platform — where payment was successfully charged but access to paid features was not granted due to a fault on Ezee Law's systems.
• In the event a subscriber has paid for a plan and then requests a refund only because of a change in mind, the refund shall not be considered as there is no fault, defect, or onus on Ezee Law. Digital subscription services are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced and access has been granted.
• Refund requests shall not be entertained for partial use of a subscription period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain full access to your paid features until the end of the billing period — no refund is issued for unused days. However, we shall give you the option to request that the paid amount be applied toward an alternative plan of equivalent value.
• If a refund request is raised more than 30 (thirty) days after the original transaction date, such a request shall be deemed invalid and shall not be considered — except in cases of proven fraud or unauthorised transactions, which must be reported to us within 7 days of the transaction date.
• In the event of a duplicate charge — where you have been billed more than once for the same subscription period — Ezee Law shall process a full refund of the duplicate amount.

This refund process will take a minimum of 5–7 (five to seven) business days and shall be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet used at the time of purchase).

If a refund request is approved by Ezee Law, the same shall be processed and confirmed to you via email. The refund process will take a minimum of 5–7 (five to seven) business days to complete and shall be credited to your original payment method. We shall handle the refund process with care and ensure that the amount is returned to you at the earliest.

2. Subscription Plans & Cancellation

Ezee Law offers four plans. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan.

All prices in INR · GST applicable as per applicable laws · Cancel or change plan anytime from Account Settings in the app.

How to cancel: Go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan inside the Ezee Law app, or email support@ezeelaw.in with your registered email address. We will confirm cancellation within 1 business day. Your account data and history are preserved on the Free plan.
