Visit our contact page to register your interest and receive an invite. You can then sign up with your Google account or email address. The entire process takes under 2 minutes and no credit card is required to start.

The Ezee Law app is currently available for Android. An iOS version is in development and will be launched soon. In the meantime, you can access many features through our mobile-optimised website.

Currently Ezee Law is available in English and Hindi. Support for additional regional languages including Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, and Telugu is on our roadmap for 2025.

Ezee Law covers all of India. Our lawyer network currently has the deepest coverage in major metros — Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, and Kolkata. AI legal assistance and rights content covers all Indian states and Union Territories.

Our AI is trained on Indian law and cites specific acts and sections in its responses. It is highly accurate for common legal questions. However, it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified advocate, especially for complex or unique situations. We always recommend consulting a lawyer for matters that may go to court.

Yes. You can ask questions in Hindi or a mix of Hindi and English (Hinglish) and the AI will respond in kind. We understand that legal matters are often easier to explain in your mother tongue.

Within the same session, the AI maintains context of your conversation. Conversation history is saved in your account for PRO users, so you can refer back to previous queries.

Every lawyer on Ezee Law is verified through their Bar Council of India or State Bar Council enrollment number. We also verify identity documents and review practice experience. Lawyers must pass our verification process before appearing on the platform — no self-registration without verification.

Lawyer fees are set by each individual lawyer and are shown transparently before you connect. Quick 10-minute consultations start at ₹99. Full consultations typically range from ₹299 to ₹999+ depending on the lawyer's experience and specialty. Note that these fees are paid to the lawyer separately — your Ezee Law subscription (PRO plan) gives you access to contact and book lawyers.

Yes. If a lawyer does not respond within the agreed timeframe after you have paid for a consultation, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact our support team at support@ezeelaw.in with your booking details.

Advocates with a valid Bar Council enrollment are welcome to apply. Email lawyers@ezeelaw.in with your Bar Council ID, enrollment certificate, and a brief note about your practice. We'll review your application within 2 business days.

The free plan includes 3 AI legal questions per day, the ability to browse lawyer profiles, and access to our basic Know Your Rights guides. You cannot contact or book lawyers on the free plan — that requires a PRO subscription.

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial-period refunds for monthly plans, but if you cancel within 7 days of starting a new subscription and have not used premium features, you may be eligible for a full refund — contact billing@ezeelaw.in.

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and net banking through all major Indian banks. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

Yes. Your AI conversations, questions, and any information you share are encrypted and treated as confidential. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we handle your information.

No. Your personal details (full name, phone number, email) are never shared with lawyers unless you specifically choose to connect with them. When browsing lawyer profiles, you remain anonymous.

You can request account deletion by emailing privacy@ezeelaw.in with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, as required by applicable law.
